Winey, Tart, Sour, high ABV & complex, matured - slowly - in multiple oak barrels.
BoomTown, Dry River (DTLA) collaboration with Roots & Branch (NYC) - The Rising Society of Consumption
Yuzu & Lime Imperial Farmhouse Ale brewed By Boomtown & Roots & Branch, Aged at Dry River in White Wine Barrels.
O.E.C (CT) - Petanque, Barrel Aged Saison
Hybrid between a tart Saison and a Belgian style witbier. Brewed with wheat & oats and spiced with coriander & orange peel. A portion is aged in wine & fresh oak barrels.
Casa Agria (CA) - Cerezita, Farmhouse Ale
Barrel-aged Grisette inspired table beer. After several months aging it is then aged on tart cherries and pinot noir grape skins before naturally conditioning in the bottle
